Cost is set by Level Gifting. When the gift is donated, a Disc is dropped to determine what powerup the gifter can use.
Drops all marbles from the knocked out pile
Ban/Unban a marble from racing
Delays a marble's start by 3 seconds
Replace a knocked out marble for an active marble
Revive a knocked out marble or give an extra life to an active marble
Removes 1 active marble. (Does not ban marble)
Revives the last active marble to get knocked out
Gifter chooses which powerup to play
